Once the leads are generated you will work directly with homeowners promoting and selling to satisfy the client's needs. This individual will work in customer's homes to measure and make suggestions, prepare quotes and explain pricing. Self-motivation, attention to detail, devotion to customer satisfaction is essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prior experience selling remodeling and/or windows.
• Cover all appointments in a prompt and professional manner.
• Actively seek out referral business from existing and previous customers.
• Provide after sale service to our customers to maintain satisfaction and generate extra business.
• Travel may include East and West Coasts of Florida.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Computer literacy.
• Outgoing and highly motivated personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adapt to change quickly and effectively.
• Handle unusual situations with customers and installers in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
